WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

IN STORE PURCHASES:

Items in good condition can be exchanged or store credit will be issued within 14 days of purchase. All sales items are final sale.

*No cash or credit refunds. Store credit or exchange only.

*All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

BIRKENSTOCKS RETURN POLICY:

Footwear may be returned for store credit or exchanged in original purchase condition and original packaging with in 14 days.

ONLINE PURCHASES:

  • Shoes - For online purchases outside of our store, unworn, full-price shoes are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Worn, full-price shoes are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All sale shoes are final sale items. 

    • Please note: If you were fit for shoes in our store, but used our online store on our ipad to purchase a color or style we did not have in stock, footwear in good condition can be returned for store credit or exchange, accompanied by receipt and original packaging within 14 days.  All returned items are subject to a restocking fee.

  • Apparel and Accessories – Any new and unused apparel or accessories in its original package with tags on can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

  • Nutrition Products - Sorry no returns on nutrition products.

  • We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • How do I make a return or exchange?

    You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or send it back to us at your expense. Please email us at support@humanracesports.com or call the store at 708-349-4724 to set up the return or exchange.  Please allow for up to 10 business days for our team to review and process your return before your resolution is issued.

WHAT IS THE COST OF RUNNING SHOES?

Running & Walking shoes in our store cost between $110 and $175. Most customers spend between $140 - $150. As they say “Quality shoes aren’t cheap and Cheap shoes aren’t quality!”

HOW DOES THE STRIDE AND GAIT ANALYSIS WORK?

Kindly note, we take our last fitting 30 minutes prior to close because of this process. We currently do not take appointments.

I DON’T RUN, I WALK. CAN I WEAR RUNNING SHOES?

Absolutely. The best walking shoes are running shoes because the most recent and best technology is put into them. Not to mention running shoes offer the most support and cushioning! Our customers wear running shoes to run in, walk in, live in, work in, and recover from injuries.

WHY CAN’T I JUST TRY ON OR PICK OUT THE SHOE I WANT?

Our stride and gait analysis guarantees the proper fit, if we were to sell shoes based on color or looks, you could end up injured or improperly fit. We understand that purchasing running and walking shoes is an investment and we want to help you make sure you are in the right shoe to keep you active and injury free. There’s a reason running specialty stores exists!

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

No, we fit on a first come first serve basis. Walk, or run, on in!
